Munchkin Monday: Fun hair warps

This is a popular thing to do to your hair right now along with feathers. It is fun, temporary and it can be done at home. You don't have to know how to do hair. It's really simple.
Take a skinny section of your hair about the thickness of a pencil. You can braid it all the way to the end and tie off with a hair elastic or what I did was get the strand wet and sprayed it with hair spray. When I did it I got my strand wet and sprayed it with hair spray. You will need 2 to 4 colors of embroidery floss. The embroidery floss about three times the length of the hair you're wrapping. Take all your embroidery floss strands and tie them on to your hair as close to the scalp as you can. Pick the first color you want to use. Start wrapping clockwise until you want to switch colors or you are finished wrapping. Simply tie a knot around the extra floss and hair with the color you are using, slid it to the top holding all the other strand and hair with the other hand. As you get to the end of your hair, take out the hair elastic. If you want to switch colors, simply put back the colors you were using and pick out another color and continue wrapping. When you are finished wrapping and want to end. Simply tie a knot. This will make your wrap secure. If you want to add beads, this is the time to do so. Thread as many beads as you want onto the embroidery floss strands and then tie a knot. Pull it tight. Trim the strands even to about 1 inch.
